Delivery & Dispatch
We use GLS couriers for our deliveries. If we receive the order before 10am on a week day, the order gets dispatched same day. Delivery is usually 2 days usually though orders have been known to deliver next day at times. GLS will send an email notifying you of your delivery status. You can work with them directly if you need to re-organise delivery date etc.
Lost/Never arrived
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within the delivery guidelines we’ve given here (link) please email [email protected] with your order number and we will immediately get on the case and keep you informed as to where your order is. If it’s got lost on its way to you then we will send you out another order asap.
Amendments and Cancellations
If you wish to amend your order after you have placed it, just contact us by email [email protected] or by telephone at 086 8214694 and we will be pleased to do this without any charges. However, this is only possible if we receive your new instructions before your order has been dispatched as we usually despatch within hours of receiving your order. We will be able to tell you if this is the case.
